  • Information we receive from you on applications or other forms;

  • Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others; and,

  • Information we receive from a consumer-reporting agency.


Information We Disclose

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our members and former members to affiliates or nonaffiliated third parties except as permitted by law.


Our Security Measures

We restrict access to nonpublic information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with Federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.

Your Right to Opt Out of Sharing Member Information

Our goal is to provide you with the best financial products and services available. By partnering with credit union affiliates, we believe we can deliver meaningful financial products, services, and information to help achieve the financial goals of our members. Our commitment is to protect your privacy in all situations and to work closely with affiliates in meeting member needs.

Under state law, you may instruct Safeway Los Angeles Federal Credit Union not to share nonpublic personal information about you with third party affiliates by completing an OPT OUT request form and mailing it to: Safeway L.A. Federal Credit Union P.O. Box 1108 Norwalk, Ca. 90651.
